Every year at LifePointe we gather for the Annual Business Meeting. In our polity (the organizational structure of the church) those who have gone through the process of becoming members have the privilege to participate in the Annual Business Meeting through voting and discussion, including approval of the annual budget, election and removal of elders, election and removal of the Lead Pastor(s), and several other less common situations.
