Jim Ramirez

Family:
I was born in Detroit, Michigan and I was 7th  of 9 children. I came to Christ in College.  After graduating in 1982, I moved to Southern California where I accepted a job with Hughes Aircraft Company. I attended Acacia Baptist Church where I fell in love with the Pastor’s daughter. Her name was Rita who I later made my wife in 1986.  In 1989 God blessed us with my one and only son, who we named Roman. We moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1997 where I began a new career in Information Technology (IT) and where our family joined LifePointe Church.

Personal Vision:
My purpose for the rest of my life is to be a servant of God.

I strive to grow to be more like Christ in all aspects of my life knowing full well I will never reach the complete goal. I serve God because of what he has done for me on the cross.

God’s love has taught me to love others. I am glad God has brought me to LifePointe Church. I will serve him here using all of the gifts he has graciously given me, including my humor.

Education:
B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Wayne State University. Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
